I have had some problems in the past, but they saved my mothers life and now I take my daughter there and have been for years. His prices are reasonable and he has revamped that horrible staff. In my opinion they have improved a lot.

Not professional. My child's first visit to dentist and they would not let me in the back. Still not sure who the dentist was. I asked questions and the lady was unprofessional and generic about my sons visit. Find another place to take your child. This place is horrible!!

Now calling themselves oxford dental. This is not a nice place, not good, not even decent. There is a smell that hits you as soon as you walk through the doors. The place looks unkept. The staff is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone like...thank you for calling Oxford Dental this is (blank) how may I help you? I have called and I have to ask, am I calling villages pediatric dentistry? I have to ask who am I speaking to. They never explain what they are doing. Never! The girls act like this is high school and it's voluntary work to pass a class. I promise you this is not an over exaggeration. The dentist is not friendly. He looks at you as if you don't belong there. They accept Medicaid I think that's where the problem is. Most people on Medicaid don't complain. Maybe they should believe it's a free service how can I complain. Because someone is using food stamps at the grocery store doesn't mean that store has the right to sell them poop to say it politely. Same thing. If your going to be a dentist be the best dentist. Why do it. If your going to be an assistant be the best. Now I feel every one in here with has no education or if they do, they are all educated fools! You would get better service from a bunch of 10 year olds pretending to be dentists. I am not lying. So please. Just keep scrolling keep searching. This is not the place to get anything done. Not even a simple dental cleaning. They can't do that either. It's sad. I don't know how they are open. Pick the poorest country, and that countries poorest neighborhood, I wouldn't even put this office there. If you don't believe me. Call, come and smell for yourself. I am sincerely telling you all, this is bad news.

Not pleased. Disgusting place. I should have read reviews before attempting to take my 9 yo daughter here. The staff was rude and not to mention I was unable to go into the back w/ my daughter as it was a policy for HIPAA violations but I recall as a child, all dentist office being stales not actual rooms because lets be honest in a peds dentist office what do we have to be descrete about, seriously? I didn't even sign anything stating that they have such policy or that I even agreed to this. I'd never send my daughter whom I have to sign everything for in the back w/ a set of strangers. This place was stinky, dirty and small on the inside. I would not recommend this to my enemies child. I walked out..

Dirty facility, holes in the walls, and mean staff. FYI their policy is you can't go back with your kids. Today was out first and last visit here, I will never come back here! I don't think I could possibly say enough terrible things about this place, if I could I'd give it -5 stars. My daughters had the first appointment of the day now almost 2 hours later I'm still sitting here and the Dentist hasn't even shown up yet. Only dental techs with attitude.
